We provide premium legal services at reasonable rates.

Consultations

We offer a free initial consultation over the phone.
For our in-person consultations we charge a fee of $300. This includes a one-hour meeting as well as a written overview of the estimated costs, legal rights, and our recommendations for your unique family law matter.

Standard Legal Fees

  • Our hourly rates range from $210 to $250 per hour.
  • An initial deposit of $2,800 (minimum) is required for a substantially contested matter. Additional funds may be required throughout the process for more contested and complex family matters.
  • We offer flat fees for uncontested matters such as Uncontested Divorces ($1,500), Separation Agreements ($1,800), Marriage contracts ($1,500) etc. (see full list below)

  • Uncontested Divorce: $1,500
  • Retainer for contested matters: $2,800
  • Separation Agreement: $1,800
  • Cohabitation Agreement: $1,500
  • Notarizations: $50
  • Basic Interim Agreement: $1,100
  • Statutory declaration: $150
  • Independent legal advice: $300
  • Foreign divorce opinion: $250
  • Retainer to prepare pleadings only $1,000
  • Surrogacy Agreements: $1,500
  • Surrogacy (court): $2,500
